Hire Up Staffing is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to oversee the staffing needs of two well-known healthcare facilities located in San Luis Obispo, CA.
The starting pay rate is $22 - $23 DOE.
Schedule Varies : Monday - Friday 8 : 00am - 5 : pm
Responsibilities :
- Maintenance of daily staffing for hospital sites
- Report staffing shortages and effectively create solutions to problems
- Recommend actions and refer problems to upper management when necessary
- Intake of daily sick calls and schedule updates
- Assist with department schedule changes
- Daily Data entry and filing of records
- Coordinate and execute daily reports via G-Mail, Excel and Word applications.
Qualifications :
- Previous hospital staffing experience or 2 years of equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of basic mathematical ratios without the aid of a calculator
- Comprehend information reported, including verbal instruction
- Must possess good communication skills to effectively convey information
- Must possess strategic problem solving skills
- Must possess good organizational skills, dependability and punctuality
- Must possess a minimum typing speed of 40wpm
